First Touch Evolution

10 HD instructional videos demonstrating over 30 technical soccer drills that improve player's first touch on the ball, coordination, and quick feet. Created by Jason Eng. Designed for parents seeking the knowledge to help their child achieve their soccer potential. The recommended ages for this beginner's program are 8-12. Each tutorial video features demonstrations by high level players, with detailed voice over commentary to coach you along.

Athletic Based Training - Vol. 1

The Soccer-Specific Athletic Based Training Program is our most detailed video collection to date. We walk you through an entire week's worth of work out plans so that you can train like a Phase 1 Soccer player. Join Mike Waters and Jason Eng for in-depth instructional work outs that will take your game to the next level. This weekly routine should be repeated for 6 weeks to achieve the intended results of superior strength & conditioning.  Recommended for competitive soccer players.
